Criss-cross shirts

I made these shirts for my little toddler muses a few months ago and completely forgot to create a post about them. They were very easy to make (no closure required!), but ended up being a bit short for my tall little friends. Still super cute though, and I would definitely make them again.

I used pattern see&sew B6342, and like I mentioned above, the shirts ended up too short. I would use this pattern again, but would lengthen the torso by a couple of inches. I might even make the lining a contrast pattern and skip sewing in a label so they could be completely reversible.

I got the cityscape fabric at DryGoods Design in Seattle, and the cat fabric at Fabric Depot in Portland. (See the cat fabric used as a zippered pouch here).

The cutest though, right?
