This year was the year of budgeted Christmas gifts. My original plan was to make them all, but ain’t nobody got time for that, am I right? I was able to make a few however, like this fox face shirt I posted last week, and this cat shirt below.
While attempting to do Christmas presents on a budget this year, I started by shopping my own fabric and craft stash. (Honestly, probably something I should do every time I start a project. Teehee.) I had a few t-shirts I got on super sale at Joann’s a few months ago, and I obviously have tons of fabric, so I decided to combine the two.
A friend of mine asked if I would make a sea-themed kids item for a charity fundraiser they’re having. Obviously I said yes.
I’ve recently made four other felt garlands; fall leaves here, four leaf clovers here, a back to school garland here, and an October themed one here. I have this grand plan to make a full ‘months of the school year’ set for a friend of mine who’s a teacher. Just a few more to go until the set is complete!
