DIY February Felt Garland

I’ve recently made six other felt garlands; Christmas lights here, fall leaves here, four leaf clovers here, a back to school garland here, an October themed one here, and a winter themed garland here. I have this grand plan to make a full ‘months of the school year’ set for a friend of mine who’s a teacher. Just three more to go until the set is complete!

Supplies you’ll need:

1. Felt – I love using Rainbow Classic Felt because they’re made from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles (!), and I rarely need pieces bigger than the 9″ x 12″ they come as. You can buy them by the piece at your local craft store, or order a bigger pack online to have on hand for future projects.
2. Ribbon or twine – I used twine that I have on hand for gift wrapping and such.
3. Hot glue gun – I got mine years ago, but this looks like a similar one and has good reviews.
4. The pattern – Download and print off this heart pdf pattern I made.
Cut the pieces out and glue to the twine. Such a simple way to brighten up a wall…or a classroom.
