I’ve had this fabric for a while. One of those purchases that didn’t need to happen but I knew would come in handy some day. It seemed like the perfect pairing with this pattern I got last week as part of Joann’s latest pattern sale.
Skill level: This shirt sewing project would be good for intermediate sewers.
Time commitment estimate: A couple of hours, depending on skill level.

My one suggestion would be to do the buttonholes before you attach the bodice to the ruffle portion. I made a size 2 and it was hard to finagle the fabric around with it all attached together.
